SUMMARY:Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Progressive Conservative Party of New Brunswick will hold its Annual Meeting on October 25\, 2025\, at 9:00 a.m. at Delta Fredericton\, 225 Woodstock Road\, Fredericton.  The meeting is hosted by co-chairs Tanya Cloutier and Erika Hachey. \nThe Annual Meeting is open to all current PCNB members “Members” who register by October 20\, 2025\, and pay the registration fee of $99 \nThe process for submissions of proposed constitutional amendments “Amendments” can be done by any Party Member (see below). \n  \nProcess to Submit Proposed Constitutional Amendments (Individual Members) \n\nAny individual Member may submit an Amendment using the attached form: “Constitutional Amendment Form – Formulaire d’amendement constitutionnel”\nSubmissions must be sent to Chris McMorrow by email to info@pcnb.ca before 4:30 p.m.\, September 25\, 2025.\nAll Individual Member submissions will be forwarded to the Constitutional Revision Committee (CRC).\nThe CRC will review Amendments by September 26\, 2025\, and determine which Amendments are “in-order”.\nThe CRC will present all in-order Amendments to RDA Presidents for review and potential support by September 29\, 2025.\nEach RDA President will hold a meeting (can be virtual or in person) to decide whether the RDA will support or not support each individual Amendment.\nRDAs will submit their results to Chris McMorrow by email to info@pcnb.ca by October 11\, 2025.\nAmendments that have net positive support of five (5) RDAs will be presented at the Annual Meeting for those present to vote on;\n\nFor example\, if ten (10) ridings support an Amendment and four (4) ridings oppose it\, it WILL go to the Annual Meeting\, as it has a net positive of six (6); \nIf ten (10) ridings support an Amendment and six (6) ridings oppose it\, it WILL NOT go to the Annual Meeting\, as it has a net positive of four (4). \n\nThe final list of Amendments to be presented at the Annual Meeting will be published October 20\, 2025.\n\n
